Registration

Conference registration fee includes full access to all activities, such as presentations, coffee breaks, lunch, opening and closing cocktail party.

Payments can be done through Maduro and Curiel's Bank on the name of Fundashon Alton Paas account nr. 25070201 address Kaya Kiwa 141, reference "SCI Congress 2016".

Deadline to submit a registration is May 9, 2016. Your registration is guaranteed when we receive your registration fee payment.

Cancellation policy

There are no refunds for cancellation of your conference registration. Substitutions are permitted if it is requested before May 9, 2016.

International Attendees

International attendees can pay by wire transfer. If you would like to do so, please complete the registration form and select ‘Bank transfer / wire transfer as the method of payment. Once you have submitted the form, we will send you an invoice for the outstanding balance along with wiring instructions. Your registration will remain pending until we receive the payment. Please note that the deadline to submit a registration with wire transfer payment method is April 22, 2016. We cannot accept pending registrations after this date because there will not be sufficient time to process the payment.
